Lunch Solutions does not inspect vendor facilities for cross-contamination, and the Lunch Solutions ordering website does not contain a complete list of ingredients in each food item. The Oak Grove PTO does not participate in — and has no direct knowledge of or decision-making authority over — how food sold through Lunch Solutions is prepared, handled, packaged, or transported. It is the PTO's understanding that the facilities where lunches are prepared are not allergen-free or gluten-free. Lunch Solutions food may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contamination may occur, and manufacturers may change formulations without Lunch Solutions' knowledge.
The Oak Grove PTO urges caution when ordering; families should do their own due diligence. Parties ordering food through Lunch Solutions do so at their own risk and agree that the PTO shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or illnesses suspected to be caused by food provided by Lunch Solutions. Customers with food allergies or other nutritional concerns should contact Lunch Solutions directly with any questions.
