District 68 offers preschool screenings for children ages three to five. The developmental screening assesses motor, language, and social-emotional development, and helps the early-childhood team determine whether skills are developing within a typical range or whether further assessment is warranted.

Screenings run from 8:30–10:45 a.m. on:

- November 13, 2026
- February 26, 2027

Early-childhood classroom calendar
The early-childhood classroom follows the Oak Grove School calendar, with these additional closed days in 2026–2027: September 18, November 13, January 29, February 26, April 23, and May 14.
